You will coordinate across Corporate Communications, PR, and executive assistants, manage calendars, and help prepare leadership forums, press opportunities, and employee programs, while upholding confidentiality and storytelling standards.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Planning & Execution: Support the planning, logistics, and tracking of CEO engagements across employees, leadership teams, business partners, VICs, and press.
• Content Development & Writing: Draft and edit internal emails, briefing memos, event prep documents, remarks, and talking points; support CEO speaking engagements and select press moments.
• Research & Briefing Support: Conduct background research on stakeholders and synthesize briefing documents.
• Channel & Calendar Coordination: Manage content across CEO channels and coordinate scheduling with assistants and teams.
• Employee & Leadership Engagement: Support CEO employee engagement initiatives and leadership team meeting preparations.
• Press & External Engagements: Assist with press opportunities and track coverage and correspondence.
