Job summary

GOLFTEC Intellectual Property LLC in Denver is seeking a Director of Club Fitting to lead and execute club fitting and merchandise sales across our centers. You will manage growth initiatives, events, training, and promotional activity for club sales, driving fitting-based revenue and student improvement plans.

The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet event targets and metrics, with a base annual salary plus bonus and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of golf-related Custom Fitting/Sales experience.
• PGA Affiliation preferred.
• Experience with custom-fitting golf clubs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven fittings using GOLFTEC software that show performance improvements.
• Partner with coaches daily through the Coach Dashboard to identify fitting opportunities.
• Follow up on Swing Evaluations and integrate fittings into lesson plans.
• Build a consistent fitting pipeline by contacting current, past, and inactive students, aiming for 3–5 fittings per week.
• Educate students and coaches on equipment performance as the center's fitting expert.

Position Summary:

The Director of Club Fitting is responsible for managing and executing club fitting and merchandise sales in our GOLFTEC centers. This role involves managing growth initiatives including events, training and promotional activity for club sales. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while achieving event targets and metrics.

Compensation:

This role will be compensated with a base annual salary plus an annual bonus percentage

• Base Annual Range: $75,000 - $100,000
• Signing Bonus: $2000

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver data-driven fittings using GOLFTEC software that clearly demonstrate performance improvements and build trust with golfers.
• Partner with coaches daily through the Coach Dashboard to identify fitting opportunities and integrate equipment into student improvement plans.
• Follow up on Swing Evaluations, positioning fittings as a path to improvement for golfers who don’t start lessons and ensuring fittings are built into new lesson plans.
• Build a consistent fitting pipeline through outreach to current, past, and inactive students, with a goal of scheduling 3–5 new fittings each week.
• Generate referrals from students and fitting customers.
• Serve as the center’s expert on fitting technology and product lines, educating students and coaches on equipment performance.
• Manage equipment operations, including inventory accuracy, purchase orders, receiving and logging deliveries, EDI usage, and timely student pick-ups.
• Maintain an organized demo club inventory and a clean, professional fitting environment.

• 2 years of golf-related Custom Fitting/Sales experience.
• PGA Affiliation preferred.
• Experience with custom-fitting golf clubs.
• Strong organizational skills and dependability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
