Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Communications Lead to guide messaging during rapid growth and the integration of four brands.

You will develop comprehensive communication strategies, launch the intranet, support executive communications, and build scalable change-management processes. This role offers a collaborative culture and a chance to shape communications across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, employee experience, change management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Experience supporting executives and high-growth organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise communication strategy and governance.
• Launch and manage company intranet.
• Create executive communications, town halls, FAQs, and announcements.
• Support policy, benefits, organizational and change communications.
• Build onboarding communication experiences.
• Deliver messages across email, Teams, video, newsletters, and manager toolkits.
• Measure communication effectiveness and engagement.
