Job summary

FCS Financial seeks an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the Association's priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our senior leadership team, support executive messaging, and guarantee clear, consistent communication across the Association.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement, or marketing.
• Experience supporting executive-level communications and managing digital content platforms, including intranets.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communication strategy and standards to promote consistency across the Association.
• Create and deliver engaging content including newsletters, internal updates, and employee communications.
• Oversee intranet management to ensure content is timely, accessible, and relevant.
• Partner with employee engagement teams to enhance connection, transparency, and alignment.
• Advise departments on planning, messaging, and execution of internal communication initiatives.
• Develop metrics to monitor effectiveness and provide insights to leadership.
