Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an internal communications strategy across restaurant, supply chain, and franchisee audiences.
• Lead and coach internal communications specialists and teams.
• Manage and optimize intranet, employee app, email, push, SMS, and digital signage channels.
• Partner with franchisees to deliver timely business updates.
• Translate operational information into simple, scannable communications for frontline teams.
• Draft clear, emergency communications and ensure content consistency across channels.
• Measure engagement and use data to improve readership and compliance.
