Job summary

Domino’s Corporate is seeking a Director of Communications to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and lead integrated communications strategies across corporate teams, franchisees and external stakeholders.

You will help strengthen alignment, protect the brand, and manage rapid responses during sensitive situations while building a high-performing team and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible communications experience, including leadership of teams.
• Experience in a complex, highly visible organization.
• Proven ability to develop integrated communications strategies for multiple audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling with adaptable messaging.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders with strategic counsel and messaging guidance.
• Lead integrated communications strategies across corporate teams, franchisees and external stakeholders.
• Protect and advance Domino’s reputation through proactive storytelling and crisis planning.
• Develop executive communications, speeches and leadership presentations.
