Responsibilities

• Lead internal comms strategy and execution for core ad product areas (Search, YouTube, Display & Video Ads).
• Partner with and influence executives, advising on leadership communications style and change management during uncertainty.
• Develop, write, and edit clear executive communications, including emails, presentations, FAQs, scripts, and multi-channel messaging platforms.
• Interface with broader A&C internal comms to engage global employees with stories of growth, purpose, and product innovation.
• Serve as the primary comms contact and content owner for A&C-wide and cross-Google forums, measuring impact and outcomes across initiatives.
