Job summary

Google's Executive and Internal Communications team in Mountain View seeks a seasoned communications professional to craft and lead employee messaging for ads and commerce initiatives. Responsibilities

Lead internal comms strategy and execution for core ad product areas (Search, YouTube, Display & Video Ads).
Advise executives on leadership communications style and change management during uncertainty.
Develop, write, and edit emails, presentations, FAQs, scripts, and multi-channel messaging.
Interface with broader A&C internal comms to engage global employees with stories of growth, purpose, and product innovation.
Serve as primary comms contact and content owner for A&C-wide forums, measuring impact.
