Job summary

Google is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for Consumer and Merchant Shopping to lead global internal communications strategies, craft engaging messages, and support executive communications across multiple functions and regions.

You will develop and execute internal communications strategies, draft emails, scripts and executive communications, and partner with leaders to manage change and stakeholder engagement within Google's Ads and Commerce organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in internal and executive communications with technology products or services.
• Experience writing emails, scripts and internal presentations.
• Experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy and execution for Consumer and Merchant Shopping, collaborating across functions and geographies.
• Partner with and influence executives, advising on leadership comms style, alignment with broader Google/K&I strategy, and change management during uncertainty.
• Develop, write, and edit clear executive communications, including emails, presentations, FAQs, scripts, and multi-channel messaging platforms.
• Interface with broader A&C internal comms to engage global employees with stories of growth, purpose, and product innovation.
• Serve as the primary comms contact and content owner for A&C-wide and cross-Google forums, measuring impact and outcomes across initiatives.
