Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy and execution for Consumer and Merchant Shopping.
• Partner with executives, advising on leadership comms style and alignment with strategy.
• Develop, write, and edit clear executive communications including emails, presentations, FAQs, scripts.
• Interface with broader internal comms to engage global employees with stories of growth and product innovation.
• Serve as the primary content owner for cross-Google forums, measuring impact and outcomes.
