Job summary

Nabors Industries is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft high‑quality internal communications and brand materials across print, digital, and presentation channels. You will collaborate with Communications, HR, leadership, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into clear visual solutions.

Responsibilities include creating executive materials, employee campaigns, digital signage, and event assets, while maintaining Nabors brand standards and design system consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate, agency, or in‑house environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, brand application, and design across touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design internal campaigns, leadership materials, employee programs, and company communications.
• Create graphics for town halls, events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Develop presentations, digital signage, email graphics, infographics, posters, and templates.
• Apply typography, color, imagery, and layout to improve clarity and engagement.
• Deliver polished designs aligned with Nabors brand.
