PURPOSE & IMPACT

Nabors is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual communications that engage employees, support internal initiatives, and strengthen the Nabors brand across the organization. This role primarily develops internal communications, executive and leadership materials, employee engagement campaigns, corporate event assets, presentations, digital signage, and other branded communications. This position works closely with Communications, HR, leadership, and business stakeholders to translate ideas and information into clear, engaging visual solutions. The role is expected to operate with growing independence, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment, and provide reliable creative support to the marketing-focused graphic designer and business teams when customer-facing or external needs arise.

  • Assist with slide visuals, iconography, image editing, basic video graphics, and motion graphics as needed.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats, screen sizes, audiences, and communication channels while preserving visual consistency.

Presentation, Event & Campaign Design

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
