Job summary

Golden Gate National Park Conservancy in San Francisco is seeking an Employee Communications and Engagement specialist to support staff communications and events. You will help create and distribute internal newsletters, gather content from various teams, and organize staff activities such as Park Days and cultural celebrations.

The role requires strong written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet tools, and the ability to analyze engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related work or volunteer experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating communications materials that support staff engagement and event messaging.
• Draft and edit weekly internal newsletters and analyze engagement metrics.
• Support Internal Communications and DEI teams with communications and events.
• Assist with development of presentations, messaging, and visual storytelling.
