The Select Group is seeking an experienced Communications & Events Manager to support the Internal Communications and Employee Experience team within a large global technology organization. This hands-on role blends internal communications, project management, employee experience, and event support to deliver clear, engaging employee content while managing timelines and operational details.

Qualifications

• Draft, edit, coordinate, and publish employee and leadership communications for a global employee audience across multiple internal channels.
• Maintain communications calendars, manage intake and publishing schedules, and coordinate distribution across email, SharePoint, Teams, and other internal channels.
• Manage recurring newsletters and employee communications from content collection and stakeholder input through writing, editing, review, and publication.
• Provide communications and project management support for town halls, leadership forums, employee events, recognition programs, onboarding, and other employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and own project plans, workback schedules, trackers, timelines, and status updates while proactively managing deadlines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites, employee-facing content, team resources, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with leaders, communications teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, drive deliverables, and keep initiatives moving forward.

Responsibilities
