Job summary

E-Space in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Internal Communications leader to build the infrastructure, cadences, and editorial strategy that keep our growing company aligned and connected. You will own the internal comms operating model, All Hands cadence, intranet evolution, and scalable templates for recurring programs.

You will partner with the People, Workplace, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure messaging is consistent with company values while driving belonging and retention.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, culture, employee experience, or related function at a fast-paced tech or deep-tech company.
• Demonstrated track record of building or significantly scaling an internal communications program: can point to specific systems, channels, or programs you architected from scratch or materially elevated.
• Experience producing or owning high-quality All Hands meetings, quarterly business reviews, or similar large-scale company moments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own internal communications operating model: channels, cadences, content types, and editorial calendar across the company.
• Own strategy and execution of key company moments: All Hands, quarterly reviews, org announcements, exec updates, and crisis communications.
• Build and maintain an internal intranet/knowledge hub serving as the single source of truth for information, policies, and culture.
• Create repeatable playbooks and templates for recurring programs that scale.
• Partner with exec leadership to turn strategy into clear, compelling stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help employees understand company direction, why it matters, and how their work connects to the mission.
