Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in communications, English, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with intranet or CMS platforms preferred.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear internal messaging.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal communications including announcements, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Translate information into clear, easy-to-understand messaging for internal audiences.
• Maintain and organize internal communication content libraries.
• Support posting and formatting of content across internal platforms.
• Assist with execution of communication plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules.
