Job summary

Southeast Christian Church is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to align staff across 14 campuses and every ministry. You will craft strategic internal messaging to eliminate “I didn’t know” moments and to sustain engagement across the network.

You will own the staff communications calendar, write and edit announcements, and partner with the executive team on rollout strategies for major changes. A culture-first approach to clear, professional communications is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in internal communications or corporate communications.
• Experience managing staff communications across multiple sites.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment for staff language.
• Advanced AI fluency for drafting, editing, and personalizing comms.
• Strong PM and relationship skills with executive leadership.
• Experience supervising at least one direct report.
• Deep alignment with Southeast’s mission and staff culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure leadership decisions and priorities are clearly communicated across all campuses.
• Eliminate conflicting messages and build a single source of truth channels.
