• Support local site community and public relations initiatives, including implementation and communication.
• Develop and implement a sitewide communications plan to educate employees on topics of business interest.
• Develop internal communication programs and materials; streamline content for clarity.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR and site teams to support people-related processes.
• Provide communications and event planning support to employee-led resource groups.
• Support content management for intranet and digital signage.
• Learn and abide by Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
