• Manage the property’s internal communications strategy and systems.
• Lead specific projects per the HR operations plan.
• Develop metrics to track communication impact on turnover and engagement.
• Publish team member communication, oversee layout, write articles, and capture photos per branding standards.
• Monitor internal communications expenditures and budget relevance.
• Collaborate with property leadership, HR, marketing and GM on communications needs.
• Represent the property in community engagements and events.
• Guide leadership and staff in executing internal events and community efforts.
