ABC in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking an Internal Clinic Admissions Associate to guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, becoming the first point of contact for ABA therapy.

The role requires 1-2 years admin experience, HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred). Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour with bonus potential up to $6,000, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, 90% health insurance coverage, 401k matching, and loan support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management and communications with referral sources.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients and families.
• Develop subject‑matter knowledge on autism to explain our approach to families.
• Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.
