Job summary

Action Behavior Centers, Chicago, IL, seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate who serves as the first point of connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

You will become a subject-matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families, while handling marketing and admissions tasks in collaboration with operations and clinical

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative work, customer service, or client-relations experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to become a subject-matter expert on autism and the admissions process.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties for busy clinics.
  • Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
  • Be a subject-matter expert on autism to explain services and admissions.
  • Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support leadership.

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

What you will be doing at ABC:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
  • Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
  • You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
  • Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

What you will bring to ABC:

  • 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

  • High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
