Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Internal Clinic Admissions Associate to support day-to-day clinic operations in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on administrative tasks, managing communications, and delivering excellent customer service to families navigating autism services.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in administration or customer service, with a passion for helping children with autism. Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a 40-hour workweek is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in administrative work, customer service, or related areas.
• Experience supporting clinics or healthcare operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics (document management, tracking people/assets, internal and external communications).
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain our services and impact to families.

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functionsfor our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support toinbound callsfrom both prospective + current clients/families
• You willbecome asubject matter expert on autismin order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle variousmarketing + admissions tasksto support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
