Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Staff Internal Auditor to audit operations at multiple locations, identify risks, and develop controls. You will document test results in formal reports for management review and assist with ERP improvements.

Position requires travel up to 30% and onsite work at our Mechanicsburg, PA location. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in auditing or risk/compliance, knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auditing, risk, or compliance experience.
• Public accounting and SOX exposure a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch and corporate management to understand processes.
• Perform tests of design and operating effectiveness at locations.
• Identify risks and assist in developing new controls.
• Document and communicate test results in formal audit reports.
• Assist in optimizing the company’s ERP system.
• Travel up to 30% per year.
