R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking an HVAC Outside Sales Representative in the Milwaukee area. This full-time exempt role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on growing customer accounts, presenting HVAC solutions, and supporting branch operations.

Ideal candidates will have a clean driving record, valid automotive insurance, and knowledge of HVAC supplies. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record.
• Proof of automotive insurance is required. Increase in liability coverage may be necessary.
• Knowledge of HVAC and supplies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present products, services, and programs to customers.
• Prepare customer quotes, packages, and literature on equipment.
• Develop professional relationships with customers.
• Call on assigned accounts to help customers thrive.
• Achieve sales goals, as well as goals established by regional management.
• Work in the local assigned branch, assisting customers and branch staff.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training classes, and industry events within the territory.
