R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking an HVAC Outside Sales Representative in Milwaukee, WI for full-time exempt work. You will meet with potential and existing customers, assist in branch operations, and stay ahead of industry trends while driving sales in the territory.

The role requires presenting products, preparing quotes, and building professional customer relationships. You will participate in meetings, training, and events to support growth and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Proof of automotive insurance is required; liability coverage may increase.
• HVAC knowledge and supplies familiarity are highly preferred.

As a Sales Representative with the R.E. Michel Company, you will be joining the ranks of some of the finest professionals in the HVAC and Propane industry. Meeting with potential and existing customers, assisting in branch operations, learning new products, and keeping on top of current trends and technology from the industry. Every day presents a new adventure!

Responsibilities:

• Present products, services, and programs to customers.
• Prepare customer quotes, packages, and literature on equipment.

• Achieve sales goals, as well as goals established by regional management.
• Work in the local assigned branch, assisting customers and branch staff.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training classes, and industry events within the territory.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record.
• Proof of automotive insurance is required. Increase in liability coverage may be necessary.
• Knowledge of HVAC and supplies is highly preferred.
