Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Lead, AI Governance & Enablement to own the enterprise AI governance program, shaping risk, policy and oversight across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, IT, and business teams.

You will design governance processes, drive AI adoption within risk and compliance boundaries, mentor team members, and oversee proof-of-concept AI initiatives as Navitus expands its AI footprint. This role reports into senior leadership and requires strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Business/Data Science or related field.
• 6–8 years in governance, risk, compliance, analytics, or related area.
• Experience leading or mentoring in teams.
• Experience with GRC platforms (LogicGate is a plus).
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise AI governance framework and risk classifications.
• Coordinate with Architecture Review Board on AI deployments and governance checkpoints.
• Partner with Compliance to monitor AI governance and remediation activities.
• Lead responses to evolving AI legislation and healthcare regulations.
• Manage AI use case inventory and lifecycle with risk disposition and ownership.
• Develop AI risk assessment methodology and integrate with GRC platform.
