Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • Interest in test development techniques for mixed-signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE).
  • Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Test Development: support wafer probe, test production, and product characterization test solutions under guidance.
  • Documentation: assist in defining test requirements, creating test plans, and documenting test methods.
  • Design Collaboration: work with design engineers to implement design-for-test features for product quality and testing efficiency.
  • Hardware Design (Learning): gain hands-on exposure to test hardware using PCB tools like Cadence Allegro.
  • Test Program Development: participate in creating, debugging, and verifying test programs on automated test equipment.
  • Optimization: contribute to improving quality and reducing cost of test solutions.
