Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, graduating Spring 2027.
  • Willing to learn production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE).
  • Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity PCB.
  • Eager to learn PCB design using Cadence Allegro; experience in similar tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in programming with C/C++ or VB for test system applications.
  • Knowledge of design-for-test and manufacturability principles with collaboration with design teams.
  • Hands-on bench measurements with oscilloscopes and signal generators.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • US citizen or green card holder eligibility and export law awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Test Development: develop wafer probe, final test production, and product characterization test solutions for digital power management products.
  • Documentation: define test requirements, create test plans, and develop test methods.
  • Design Collaboration: work with design and development engineers to incorporate DFT features to optimize testing.
  • Hardware Design: design and develop test hardware using Cadence Allegro with PCB templates and libraries.
  • Program Development: create, debug, validate, and release test programs integrated with test equipment and hardware.
  • Optimization: improve test quality and reduce cost through method improvements and platform transfers.
