• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) like Teradyne ETS-364.
• Understanding of analog/digital circuits and high-speed signal integrity.
• Willingness to learn PCB design using Cadence Allegro; related tools welcome.
• Proficient in C/C++ or VB for test system applications.
• Knowledge of design-for-test and manufacturability principles and collaboration with design teams.
• Hands-on lab experience with bench measurements and test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• US citizenship or valid documentation per export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Test Development: Develop wafer probe, final test production, and product characterization test solutions.
• Documentation: Define test requirements, create test plans, and develop test methods.
• Design Collaboration: Work with design engineers to incorporate DFT features.
• Hardware Design: Develop test hardware using Cadence Allegro with PCB templates.
• Program Development: Create, debug, validate, and release test programs with equipment.
• Optimization: Improve test quality and reduce costs through method improvements and transfers.
