Join our Integration Center team and help transform critical engineering workflows into clear, scalable, and repeatable processes. You'll work directly with engineers and operational teams to document best practices, create process maps, develop training resources, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do

• Shadow engineering, QA, and operations teams
• Interview subject matter experts and capture key workflows
• Create SOPs, process maps, templates, and checklists
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Present recommendations to business stakeholders

What You'll Deliver

• 3–5 process maps documenting workflow handoffs and dependencies
• A reusable SOP and checklist template library
• A process improvement summary report
• A final executive stakeholder presentation

Skills You'll Build

• Process analysis & workflow optimization
• Enterprise tools and operational systems
• Process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
