Job description

• Streamline and strengthen engineering operations by transforming key workflows into clear, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Partner directly with engineers to observe day-to-day processes and document step-by-step procedures
• Create process maps and templates that improve consistency, quality, and onboarding efficiency
• Deliver a suite of approved SOPs and actionable process improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Strong interest in technology, process improvement, and operational workflows
• Preferred majors: Information Technology / Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, or Computer Engineering), Business Administration (Bachelors or MBA)
• Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, curious, and interested in technical documentation, workflow optimization, and building scalable processes.
