Wieland North America, Inc is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Intern in Montpelier, OH. The intern will assist staff in design, development, product knowledge, problem solving and technical support, while working on-site with the engineering, production and maintenance teams.

Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with a typical schedule of 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, and a bi-weekly pay cycle. This hands-on role offers exposure to manufacturing engineering and data gathering in a collaborative

Qualificações

• Mechanical Engineering student, Sophomore level or above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates with engineering, maintenance and contractors to complete projects.
• Assist engineering, maintenance or operations in gathering data, analyzing and drawing engineering conclusions.
• Assist in gathering information on standardization, new technologies and cost reduction ideas for capital expenditure requests.
• Compile technical documentation for equipment manuals, troubleshooting guides and maintenance job plans.
• All other duties as assigned.

Wieland is hiring a Mechanical Engineer Intern. The Mechanical Engineer Intern will be responsible for developing engineering capability in design, development, product knowledge, problem solving and technical support while providing assistance to staff engineering, production and maintenance personnel.. This role is located inMontpelier, OHand will be fully on-site.
