Responsibilities

• Complete one week of structured training.
• Support business and financial planning processes, including headcount tracking, expense management, and performance reporting.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, regulatory readiness, and risk and control programs.
• Coordinate governance routines, leadership reporting, and internal communications.
• Perform data analysis, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Support cross-functional projects with business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, peer benchmarking, and internal analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Prepare executive presentations, meeting materials, and briefing documents.
• Participate in coaching, mentorship, and feedback activities throughout the program.
