Nucleus Institute in Utah is seeking an Events Intern to support the marketing team by planning and coordinating logistics for a wide range of events throughout the school year.   • Coordinate with campus departments, vendors, and community partners to confirm event details and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and run of show documents to keep events on track.
  • Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
  • Track event budgets, supplies, and inventory as needed.
  • Collect post-event feedback and assist with evaluating event success for future planning.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalency

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with theability to manage logistics for multiple events at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with theability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace forscheduling, tracking, and documentation.
  • Excellent time management, problem solving, and adaptability ina fast paced environment, including occasional evenings or weekendsbased on event schedules.
Preferences
  • Currently enrolled in a Utah institution of highereducation.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, EventPlanning, Hospitality, or a related field.
