Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking motivated Engineering Interns for our summer program. You will become familiar with underground hydrocarbon storage in reservoirs and caverns, and assist across Operations, Engineering, Commercial, and Legal to support design, monitoring, and troubleshooting of storage assets.

Responsibilities include assisting with regulatory filings, participating in new storage facility design and commissioning, and helping prepare designs for facility modifications and equipment

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate in Petroleum Engineering or other engineering degree with adequate petroleum experience.
• Above average GPA and involvement in activities outside studies.
• Willing to travel and learn

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, personable, and professional Engineering Interns for our summer program to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The main objective for the intern is to become familiar with the underground hydrocarbon storage in both reservoirs and caverns.
• Assist with technical expertise and guidance to Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Legal for the design,implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Company\'s underground hydrocarbon storage assets.
• Assist with various regulatory filings as required
• Participate in new underground hydrocarbon storage facility design and commissioning
• Assist in the preparation of designs for facility modifications and incorporation of new equipment

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate in Petroleum Engineering or other engineering degree with adequate petroleum engineering experience.
• General requirements include self-motivated individuals, involvement in activities outside college studies.
• Above average GPA
