Students selected to participate in our Internship Program will have an opportunity to gain real world, on-the-job experience, and network with business professionals to develop valuable leadership, professional etiquette and presentation skills.
Engineering - Other Disciplines
The Engineering Intern – Other Disciplines provides support to various technical teams across JEA in engineering fields outside of the more traditional Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental. This internship offers hands‑on learning opportunities within a public‑utility environment, allowing students to apply academic knowledge to real‑world projects in areas such as Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines.
This role may be placed in any JEA business unit needing engineering support for operations, planning, data analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or technical problem‑solving.
