Job summary

Energy Transfer offers a 12-week paid internship in Oklahoma City, starting May 2027. You will work with DTO Engineering staff, gaining hands-on experience in gas operations and real-world engineering challenges.

You should be pursuing Electrical Engineering, ideally a junior, with strong analytical and communication skills and a willingness to travel. Mentorship and exposure to safety and reliability projects are included.

Attention Electrical Engineering Major: This is a twelve (12) week paid internship program beginning May 2027. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.

Overview

The intern will work alongside the DTO Engineering staff in Oklahoma City, supporting gas operations across the region. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic energy environment and exposure to real-world engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff with day-to-day support of gas operations in Oklahoma.
• Contribute to projects focused on system reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
