Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in Indiana offers a summer internship designed to provide hands-on learning across agronomy, general agriculture, precision agriculture, energy markets, safety, marketing, and risk management. The program runs May through mid-August and is tailored to the intern’s interests and experience to maximize learning and value.

Interns will work with the Marketing team on digital content, social media, events, and video campaigns, with a capstone project and a pathway to potential

Position Overview

Our goal is to create a program that is an excellent learning experience for anyone interested in agronomy, general agriculture, precision agriculture, energy markets, safety, marketing, and risk management and/or sales between the months of May through mid-August. The internship will be tailored to the interests of the intern and experience level to maximize the learning experience. It will be an opportunity to make money while having more than just an average summer internship. This program will also allow Keystone to evaluate potential employees and develop a talent pool in which to hire from in an increasingly competitive job market. Your experience as an intern will be catered to your interests and strengths. The internships we have to offer will be a hands-on real world working experiences. As with all our internships the interns will contribute to the success of the department in which he/she is assigned.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative ways to tell the Keystone Story
• Create digital assets to elevate social media messaging
• Manage digital community among other Keystone Interns
• Manage, plan, edit, and execute video marketing campaigns
• Develop digital content marketing calendars
• Track and communicate digital impact
• Manage, plan, and coordinate various Keystone events with assistance from Marketing team.
• Creatively prepare promotional materials and presentations
• Promote Keystone at various tradeshows and events
• Identify and complete a summer capstone project
• Support day to day functions of Keystone Marketing team
