Job summary

Simon Property Group in Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Architect to apply design and rendering skills in a corporate setting while learning about the retail and mixed-use development industry.

You will create schematic site/building plans, prepare 2D/3D presentation drawings, build 3D models in Rhino/SketchUp, and render with Enscape or Photoshop. Degree candidacy in architecture/interior design is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Interior Design from an accredited University.
• Proficiency with Rhino and/or SketchUp and Adobe Suite is expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating or modifying schematic site plans and schematic building plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A working ability in Rhino and/or SketchUp and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max a plus
• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Interior Design, from an accredited University.
