Job summary

IBM’s Oracle Cloud Practice is seeking an Intern to help clients modernize business processes through cloud solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience on client projects, build a compelling portfolio, and explore enterprise software in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

The internship runs May to July 2027 (10 weeks). It offers exposure to product teams, data integrations, and cloud migration across major platforms, with pathways toward full-time Associate roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success (Preferred majors: Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources).
• Client-facing internships, consulting clubs, strong process orientation, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to enterprise software or business processes; experience with Oracle Cloud or other packaged applications is a plus.
• Coursework, capstones, part-time jobs, or internships related to business processes in Finance (ERP), HR (HCM), Supply Chain (SCM), or Customer Experience (CX).
• Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
• Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints
• Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; willing to adapt and take ownership of tasks and challenges.

Work experiences you could be exposed to:

• Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.
