• Knowledge or interest in best practices around design patterns, performance tuning, automated and unit testing.


• Preferred certifications:Oracle Academy, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM certifications.


• Exposure to SQL/PLSQL, cloud basics, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs), data migration tools (FBDI, HDL), reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).


• Exposure to tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants to research, write, analyze, and improve productivity, while applying critical thinking and validation.
