Your role and responsibilities

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success (Preferred majors: Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources).
  • Client-facing internships, consulting clubs, strong process orientation, and documentation skills.
  • Exposure to enterprise software or business processes; experience with Oracle Cloud or other packaged applications is a plus.
  • Coursework, capstones, part-time jobs, or internships related to business processes in Finance (ERP), HR (HCM), Supply Chain (SCM), or Customer Experience (CX)
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
  • Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints
  • Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Can understand clients' needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
  • Demonstrate foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data driven recommendations.
  • Exposure to one of the following programming technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL) is a plus.
  • Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.

OTHER RELEVANT JOB DETAILS

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
