Ever wonder what happens when a major construction project does not go according to plan? When deadlines slip, costs increase, and questions arise, our Construction Delay team steps in to help uncover the story behind the schedule. We dig into project timelines, records, data, drawings, and documents to understand what caused delays and how they affected the project. As part of the team, you will work alongside experts in engineering, construction management, architecture, scheduling, and accounting on high-profile buildings, infrastructure, power and utilities, and oil and gas projects around the world. It is a hands‑on opportunity to sharpen your problem‑solving skills, work with real project data, learn how consulting works, and see how your analysis can help clients make sense of complex, high‑stakes situations.
