Midland States Bank in St. Louis, MO is offering an Intern – Commercial Banking role to support a dynamic team with research, analysis, and special projects, gaining broad exposure to lending, relationship management, and banking operations.
The internship runs Summer 2027, requires 40-hour weeks Monday–Friday, and candidates must be enrolled with at least two years of coursework in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business.
At Midland States Bank, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of short-term incentives (i.e. bonus and/or commission) and may include long-term incentives (i.e. stock awards). Incentives and benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

The Commercial Banking Intern will support the St. Louis Commercial Banking team with research, analysis, and special projects while gaining broad exposure to commercial lending, relationship management, and the banking industry.
