Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Formulation Science, or related discipline.
• Business/marketing minor preferred.
• Ability to analyze technical data and make practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Formulation development for customer projects and new product development under lab manager guidance.
• Prepare and evaluate formulations for HI&I, household, and specialty cleaning applications.
• Conduct formulation optimization studies: foam, stability, viscosity, pH, and compatibility.
• Develop prototype formulations for marketing materials and support product launches.
