Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Formulation Science, or related field; senior/undergraduate or master's student.
• Strong understanding of surfactant functionality and cleaning formulation principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop formulations for customer projects and development initiatives.
• Design, prepare, and evaluate formulations for HI&I and specialty cleaning applications.
• Conduct formulation optimization studies for performance attributes (foam, viscosity, stability).
• Perform application testing and maintain accurate lab records and documentation.
• Assess formulation properties (cleaning performance, wetting, surface tension, rheology, pH).
• Support marketing with technical data, guides, and materials.
