Intern will participate in ride alongs and collaborate with the marketing team on various projects. **Duties and Responsibilities**: Include but are not limited to* Interview sellers throughout the duration of the internship summer.* Present interview findings to Keystone Leadership at conclusion of internship summer.* Collaborate with marketing interns.* Work with sellers on Keystone sales platforms.* Make observations at various grower/seller events.* Participate in ride alongs with sellers, sales leads, and sales enablement lead.* 100% travel in territory.* 30% in office, 70% with sellers and field events.**Skills and Qualifications**:* Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.* Complete work with little supervision; self-motivated.* Ag Sales Junior or Senior Preferred. Must have previous internship experience.* Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle.* Ability to use Microsoft apps and programs.**Compensation:*** Hourly (competitive wage).* Mileage Reimbursement following the IRS Standard Rate.* Incentives/Awards for interns who complete internship.**Education and Experience:*** Currently enrolled in accredited college or university.
