Job summary

210_Mohegan_Pocono Downs Racing, LP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support promotions, events, and entertainment needs across the property. You will work with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks and shifts, and a focus on guest experience. You will help plan budgets, review materials, and coordinate sponsorship and social media efforts to enhance our brand.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute special events such as festivals and guest giveaways.

Job Duties

Responsibilities will include working with all internal departments to determine, promotions, event, and entertainment needs Initiates and track requests with internal departments and vendors to fulfill needs The planning and execution of casino wide promotions Reviews and proofreads all Marketing material for accuracy of content, grammar, and brand guidelines The planning and execution of special events including, festivals, Party on the Patio, New Year’s Eve, guest giveaways, and property entertainment events Budget planning and vendor contract process Assist in sponsorship fulfillment Tenant and property wide marketing efforts Assist Mohegan and corporate team in Social Media branding efforts

Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Must be able to lift and move 30+ pounds.
• Promotes superior guest service.
• Must be able to work various shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends.
