Job summary

The State of Georgia’s Department of Public Health is offering an internship to motivated students enrolled in Georgia high schools, technical colleges, or universities. This role provides hands-on experience with health campaigns and public health projects.

You will assist work units on projects, support current campaigns, and learn how state agencies operate, with a Day shift and hourly pay. Applicants should remain enrolled during the internship and be ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Georgia high school, technical college, or university/college. Must be currently enrolled during the internship.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our agency by assisting the work units with projects as assigned. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns
