Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced intermodal drivers to haul automotive freight in containers on company-owned chassis. This role features 100% no-touch freight that is 90% drop-and-hook, with railyard runs across IL, IN, MI and OH.

You will receive mileage pay, on-duty hourly pay when not driving, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year, plus paid orientation.

Qualifications

• CDL A required
• Tanker endorsement strongly preferred
• HazMat endorsement strongly preferred
• Live within 50 miles of Sturtevant, WI
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience

Responsibilities

• Haul automotive freight in containers on company-owned chassis
• Operate with 100% no-touch freight, predominantly drop-and-hook
• Drive in and out of railyards in IL, IN, MI and OH
